It was a pleasure working with Josh through rough to finish. He is exceptional at his trade and his abilities as a foreman are excellent. With his “Get the job done” mentality and ability to work and communicate effectively with other trades, he helped push this project through the rough and in a sense motivate others around him. He acted like another set of eyes for our staff and brought items to our attention before they became an issue. I appreciated his black and white to the point answers during times we just needed facts to make decisions.  I am very much looking forward to working with him again. Thank you to Josh and Kennedy in getting this project completed and off to the next one.
