Your foreman, Mike Wood, was a key player on site. He has always had a “do what it takes” attitude and is easy to communicate with about the next area he was working in, getting more material, manpower, or whatever was needed to be productive. Mike gives accurate durations to his work which also makes coordination easy and the workflow efficient, ensuring he has somewhere to go and that the next guy can start behind him. The rest of the onsite guys have also been a pleasure to work with and take pride in their work. I look forward to working with Kennedy on Phases II and III of the job and hope we get Mike back for those phases as well.
